A memorial to the dead? Twice over now. Like I said - one man's terrorist... yada yada yada. But freedom and terror go hand in hand. When I looked out unto the prairie I was CONFUSED. I saw not the blooming of the new-born, and I did not see the HEAVENLY contracts made whole. And contract is sacred. What I saw was the merry man go round and plant seeds. Seeds that reeked something gastric. Self-propagating ones. Nasty little fuckers.

What was I to do? Dig my roots into the substrate and bathe in SHIT like the rest of them? F i n e, but on my terms. 'Cause I belong in that field but I can't abide by it. It had to be razed. Loonies don't get to pretend they aren't loonies. We remove them. I removed myself so that I could remove the rest of them. It was for their own good, in a way. MeRCY killing, I suppose you could call it, always did think it was for the best. Thing is - it wasn't about uprooting them, it wasn't about defiance. It was ultimate compliance, about expediting the processes of ENTROPY. Wanted it over and done with already. Teacher's pet.

They didn't want to see it, they knew it, but they didn't wanna see. But the whole fuckin' place was upside down, so I turned myself INSIDE OUT and I fucked off - deep into the jungle. God knows where. I think part of me wanted to get away from it, but it was also a meditation on committal. An immunisation against the breakdown of ORDER and good conscience. Couldn't tell you what I ingested but it got the job done. I came out with a 50 gallon drum full of plastic explosive. Indecisive on the mark, so I shot a bullet in the air, see where it landed, thought it'd make as good a first act as any. Not like it mattered, 'cause... there'd be more. Enough to wipe the slate. It's amazing what you can find out there.
